You must be a resident of Indonesia. jlt88 is designed for and marketed to Indonesian players. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted may be in violation of local laws. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of jlt88 is legal in your jurisdiction.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with jlt88. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual (determined by matching personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or device fingerprints), we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all bets and bonuses associated with those accounts.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear copy of your government-issued ID (KTP or passport) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to:
jlt88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to protect your login credentials adequately. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
The information provided during registration and KYC must match the name on your bank account or payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Deposits and withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
jlt88 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may range from Rp 20.000.000 to Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits may be available for VIP members. Please refer to the Banking section of your Account for current limits.
Bank transfers typically process within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB Monday-Friday). Transfers initiated outside banking hours or on weekends/public holidays may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits typically process instantly. If your deposit does not reflect in your Account within the stated timeframe, contact customer support immediately.
jlt88 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees. These fees are beyond our control and are your responsibility.
All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding Rp 10.000.000 or for accounts showing unusual deposit patterns. You must not use jlt88 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals may only be processed after your Account has been fully verified through the KYC process. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (e.g., if you deposited via BCA, withdrawals must be to a BCA account registered in your name). This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50.000.000 per transaction for standard members, with higher limits available for VIP tiers. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account settings.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days. Once approved, funds are transferred to your bank account, typically arriving within 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing times. E-wallet withdrawals typically arrive within 24 hours of approval.
To comply with AML regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place at least Rp 500.000 in bets before requesting a withdrawal. This applies to all deposits, whether or not you accept any bonus.
jlt88 does not charge fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 50.000. Your receiving bank may also charge fees.
Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if: (a) your account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there are active bonus wagering requirements; (c) we suspect fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; (d) there is a dispute regarding bet outcomes; (e) your account has been flagged for review.
All bonuses offered by jlt88 are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the associated wagering requirements and restrictions. Bonuses are promotional incentives and may be modified or withdrawn by jlt88 at any time.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements). This specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before you can withdraw winnings. For example, a 100% bonus up to Rp 1.000.000 with 30x wagering means you must wager Rp 30.000.000 before withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each bonus's terms.
Specific restrictions apply to bonuses:
jlt88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other players, using betting systems designed to exploit bonuses without risk, and any other behavior deemed abusive. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.
All bets are subject to acceptance by jlt88. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit stake sizes at our discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history with a bet ID, it is considered accepted and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless there is a clear technical error.
Bets are settled based on official results from our designated statistics providers. For sports betting, this includes final scores, statistics, and league standings from authoritative sources. For football (soccer) bets, normal time (90 minutes plus injury time) is standard unless otherwise specified; extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward bet settlement unless explicitly stated.
In case of abandoned or postponed events, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded, except for live in-play bets where the outcome has already been determined. Specific rules for each sport and bet type are available in our Sports Rules section.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Standard limits are Rp 100.000.000 per bet and Rp 500.000.000 per day. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets may have lower maximum payouts. These limits are in place to manage risk and are subject to change without notice.
In the event of obvious errors such as incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical malfunctions, jlt88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes "palpable errors" where odds are clearly incorrect due to human or technical error. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users, but decisions regarding error correction are final.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
While we strive to provide continuous service, jlt88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
jlt88 relies on third-party service providers for game content, payment processing, and data feeds. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties. This includes but is not limited to bank processing delays, game provider technical issues, or incorrect statistics from data providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jlt88's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the amount of deposits you have made in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or opportunity.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible. jlt88 provides entertainment services and does not guarantee winnings or profits. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any losses incurred. We encourage responsible gambling practices and provide tools to help you stay in control. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to meeting any wagering requirements) and cancel any active bonuses. Accounts cannot be reopened after voluntary closure; a new registration would be required.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail KYC verification, or if we believe your account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity. Upon termination for cause, we may confiscate remaining funds if we believe they were obtained fraudulently or through rule violations.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. We may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 on dormant accounts with positive balances. To avoid this fee, simply log in to your account or contact support to withdraw funds.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. jlt88 operates under an international gaming license issued by a recognized offshore jurisdiction. While we serve Indonesian customers, the legal relationship between you and jlt88 is governed by the laws of our licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in English language by a single arbitrator under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction.
You agree to resolve disputes with jlt88 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jlt88.
